The Family Communications Report provides a list of every family and student along with all the communication they have received. This is a great report to determine how well engaged a particular student or family is.
The following information can be seen in each report:
Summary
- Title of Communication
- Date Sent
- Type of Communication
- Audience
Note: These reports are available for Connect customers only.
To access these reports, please follow these steps:
Family Communication Report
- Click the drop-down to select the correct school/classroom
- Select Reports
- Open Family Communications
Here’s what the School Activity Report Looks like
A. Click the drop-down to select a student/family
B. The total number of conversations with the chosen student
C. Type to search for a specific student
D. Click the arrows to re-order the Titles alphabetically
E. Click the arrows to change the order of the dates
F. Click the arrows to group the same type of communication together
G.See which Audience the communication was sent to. I.E was it a group communication or 1:1 message
Note: If you click on a Title of a Communication you will be taken to the communication
