To provide additional help to District Leaders in measuring how their teachers are effectively using Connect and utilizing all its features, Connect has introduced what we call a Teacher Engagement Report. This aims to show the list of teachers who have been active in using Connect and the list of teachers who might need help and guidance in using the platform.
Teacher Effectiveness is measured by the amount of communications a teacher sends every week and their read rate. The report can be edited to show the District, School, and Classroom-level data.
