SchoolStatus Connect makes it easier for District Leaders to manage their district and send communication to all schools. Whether you need to send an announcement to the entire district or just to a specific school, SchoolStatus Connect has you covered. This article will explain how to access and navigate your district page.
As a District Admin, you will only have access to all your schools, classrooms, and students via the District Page!
To access the District page:
(1) Click on the Context Selector Dropdown
(2) Scroll down and select your District Name.

B | Access to customizing District Settings |
C | Quick links - Add Links that everyone needs regular access to. |
D | Feature Menu - Click here to access all our public engagement features |
E | Personal Avatar - Click the Drop-down to alter your Personal Settings |
F | Activities - Click to view upcoming District wide activities |
G | Directory - Click to view student and staff details |
H | Reports - Access all reports on Activities, Family Engagement, Communication, Teacher Effectiveness and Family Communication |
I | Classrooms - Click to view list of all Classrooms in the District |
J | Schools - Click to view list of all the Schools |
K | District Cover Photo- Click here to upload a Cover Photo |
L | Conversations - Click here to start a 1:1 conversation with a student or staff |
All district-wide Announcements will be shown here
To Share an Announcement again click the 3 dots on the top right of the post and click Share
