With SchoolStatus Connect you are able to request volunteers and Items for classroom events and activities. This article will explain how you can request volunteers and items.
Request a Volunteer
Option 1
- Click the drop-down and select your classroom
- Click on the +
- Select Volunteer Request
- Fill out the Title, Details, Location and Date and Time
- Fill out the number of volunteers needed
Option 2
- Click on the +
- Select Event
3. Fill out the Details
4. Click Request Volunteers
5. Fill out the Details
- Click Preview
- Click Done
Pro tip: Announce the request so your class are notified about the request
Note: If announced it will appear on the Home-Page
Note: If not announced it will appear in the Activities page
Requesting Items
1. Click on the +
2. Select Event
3. Fill out the Details
4. Click Request Items
- Fill out the details
- Click Preview
- Click Done
Pro Tip: Announce the Request to your families receive an Announcement
Note: The Event and Item request will appear in the Activities Tab. Open the Activity and click the drop-down arrow to view the request. You will be able to see how many of the request are filled.
