District Admin Dashboard
Provides a district-wide view of communication and engagement:
- Total Announcements & Conversations (Last 30 Days): Includes all district-level Announcements and conversations.
- The percentage of teachers sending Announcements (Last 7 Days)
- District Read Rate
- Connected Families (District-wide)
This view helps district leaders quickly evaluate the effectiveness of communication across all schools.

School Admin Dashboard
Focused on school-level activity and engagement:
- Total Announcements & Conversations (Last 30 Days): Includes all conversations with students and guardians associated with your school(s).
- The percentage of teachers sending Announcements (Last 7 Days)
- School Read Rate (%)
- Connected Families (School-level)
This dashboard helps school administrators monitor engagement within their specific schools.

Teachers Dashboard
Highlights your personal communication activity:
- The percentage of announcements that have been read across all of a teacher’s classrooms.
- The number of families connected compared to the total number invited across all of a teacher’s classrooms.
- The number of days since the teacher last communicated with families.
This view helps you stay on top of parent engagement and communication performance.
Alerts & Attentions
Highlights items that require immediate attention, such as confirming your email address if it hasn’t been verified or completing profile update requests (if you have the appropriate permissions).
Activities
Displays your five most recent activities, including upcoming events. Activities are organized by the current week or month. If there are none for the week, the view shifts to the month; if none exist for the month, the section will appear empty.
By clicking on an activity, its detail page opens.
Announcements
Gives you access to the full announcement feed.

A: Metrics are tailored to your role and permissions. Which may look different from others.
Q: What if I don’t see the expected data?
A: Data reflects the last 7 days and your access level. If something seems missing, contact your district administrator or our support team.
