Navigating the Announcement Hub

Click the "Announcement Hub" in your left-hand navigation menuNote: This option appears to anyone with permission to create Announcements
- Toggle between the Sent, Scheduled, Drafts, and Templates tabs.
- Create a new Announcement.

Access sent Announcements anytime to view delivery data or make updates if needed.
📤 Sent Announcements
All your sent announcements, with delivery dates and message previews. Easily confirm messages went out and find past communications when you need them.
📅 Scheduled Announcements
Your upcoming Announcements are queued to send later. Review what's coming up and make sure everything is ready to go.
✍🏼 Announcement Drafts
Find your drafts anytime in the new Drafts tab in the Announcement Hub, and pick up exactly where you left off.
🗂️ Announcement Templates
Save time and keep messaging consistent by sharing Announcement templates across your school or district. Administrators can create and distribute templates, while staff members can access and customize them for their own communications.
