Save time and keep messaging consistent by sharing Announcement templates across your school or district. Administrators can create and distribute templates, while staff members can access and customize them for their own communications.
How shared templates work
For Administrators: Creating a shared templateÂ
💡Administrators are users with school-wide or district-wide Communicator access.
- Go to the Templates tab in your Announcement Hub

Click New Template and design your message

Choose to share at the school or district level

Save your template, and it will be available to your staff
For Staff: Accessing Your Templates
- Open the Templates tab from the Announcement Hub or while creating an announcement

Browse Shared templates (school or district-wide) alongside your personal ones
- Filter your results to find exactly what you need

Select a template to begin editing
- Send when ready
Tip: Save your customized version as a personal template to reuse later.
Quick Actions in Templates
Click the three-dot menu next to any template to quickly perform the following actions:

Allows you to see the full template before you use it |
Edit |
Allows you to edit this template |
Duplicate |
Clone the template and start a new one with this template as a base |
Delete |
Allows you to remove this template from your library |
