The Announcement Hub brings all your sent Announcements together so you can easily track what you've shared and take action when needed.
What you'll see
When you open the Announcement Hub, you'll land on the Sent tab. Each announcement shows:
- 📅 Sent date — When the message was sent
- 📝 Message preview — A styled, truncated preview of your content
- ⚡ Quick actions — Available directly from the card
What you can do
Click the three-dot menu next to any sent Announcement to:
| Quick Actions | What It Does |
| Edit | Make changes to the Announcement content |
| Reuse | Create a new announcement using this one as a base |
| Enable Comment | Control whether your audience can engage |
| Generate a printable version of the Announcement | |
| Delete | Remove the Announcement |

- Confidently confirm your Announcements were sent, with no more wondering if families received your message
- Quickly review and manage Announcements across classrooms from one central place
- Senders can find their Automated Announcements under the Sent tab as well
