What's Inside the Student Card
- Click Show More to expand the card and see student demographic details like ID, birthday, race, gender, and address.
-
Overview: Shows at-a-glance information about a student: absences, infractions, and enrolled classes.
-
Attendance: View a student's attendance records, including absences, tardies, and attendance patterns.
-
Discipline: A place to see this student's infraction history. Daily Breakdown: Shows an analysis by weekday and the total number of infraction incidents. Details Panel: Lists each discipline event by date, code, and description.
-
Assessment: View student test scores and performance data. Look to the top right for a dropdown of available benchmarks. Select the Assessment Type you want to view.
- Important: If an assessment appears in the dropdown but the student didn't take that test, the results page will be blank—no data was collected for this student using that instrument.
- Assessment Year: Shown below the assessment name. If data exists for multiple years, use this to switch between them.
- Note: Each assessment displays differently because the data collected varies by test. You can also download this data.
-
Grades: See a report card–style view of current grades, with color-coded numerical and letter grades next to each course. Select a different year from the dropdown in the top right.
