FAQs
Q: Who should use this?
A: Users with the At Risk module who need to identify and prioritize students for intervention.
Q: How is the risk score calculated?
A: The score is based on three factors: whether a student has 3 or more infractions, whether their ADA is at or below 92.5%, and whether they have any D or F grades. Each factor that applies adds a point.
SPED and ELL status are displayed on the dashboard but are not included in the score, since those are not factors our users can directly influence.
Q: What do the score levels mean?
A:
Score |

Q: Can I still see SPED and ELL students?
A: Yes. SPED and ELL flags still appear in the student detail table and in the summary tiles. They are just no longer factored into the composite risk score.
Q: Which customers have access?
A: Both Connect High Impact and Connect Advanced customers can access the At Risk Dashboard through the Data tab.
