How to Access the Student Card
You can access the Student Card from either the Directory or from the Data section.
From the Directory:

Navigate to the Directory tab from the left-side menu.

Locate the student and click on their name

From their profile, select the graph icon (📈) to open the Student Card
From the Data tab:
You can also access the Student Card via the Data Tab and My Students:
Click on the three-dot menu button below the student's name and click Open Student Card:
What's Inside the Student Card
Click Show More to expand the card and see student demographic details like ID, birthday, race, gender, and address.

Overview: Shows at-a-glance information about a student: absences, infractions, and enrolled classes.

Attendance: View a student's attendance records, including absences, tardies, and attendance patterns.
- Click Attendance on the main menu to see absence details for this student.
- The Daily Breakdown shows the total number of absences and student ADA compared to school and district ADA. It also shows an analysis by weekday.
- The Details panel shows each attendance event by date, code, and description.
Discipline: A place to see this student's infraction history. Daily Breakdown: Shows an analysis by weekday and the total number of infraction incidents. Details Panel: Lists each discipline event by date, code, and description.

Assessment: View student test scores and performance data. Look to the top right for a dropdown of available benchmarks. Select the Assessment Type you want to view.
- Click Assessment on the main menu
- Click the drop-down and select the Assessment Type to see data
- To see assessment results from previous years, alter the date to pull different data.
- Click the Gear Icon to download the data
Note: If the student's district uses an Assessment Type but the student did not take the test, it may show as an option on the drop-down list, but the results page will be blank since no data was collected on that student using that instrument.
- Important: If an assessment appears in the dropdown but the student didn't take that test, the results page will be blank—no data was collected for this student using that instrument.
- Assessment Year: Shown below the assessment name. If data exists for multiple years, use this to switch between them.
- Note: Each assessment displays differently because the data collected varies by test. You can also download this data.

Grades: See a report card–style view of current grades, with color-coded numerical and letter grades next to each course. Select a different year from the dropdown in the top right.
- Click Grades on the left side panel to see a report card-style view of the student's grades in progress, with both numerical and letter grades color-coded next to the course names
- Look to the top right for a drop-down of year options
- Click the gear icon to find the download option
