With Schoolstatus Connect’s Data feature you can easily track data of students within your scope (district-level, school-level, multi school-level, or teacher-level) and pertinent data points for those students. This Article will summarize how to navigate this tab and explain what data you can pull from this tab.
- From your Homepage click Data
- On the left hand Navigation Bar click My Students
Sort, Filter, or Download
To access the filtering and sort options click on the filter icon (A).
You can filter by School (B) and sort by column headings.
Be sure to reload (C) to get the most accurate results.
To download data, simply click the 3 black dots (A) in the upper right corner of the page and choose Download (B)
Student Card
To pull up an individual student's Student Card, simply click on the dots next to a student's name (A)and then select Open Student Card (B)
The Student Card is where you can get a complete picture of the student, and most importantly, reach out and engage the student's parents.
Searching for a Student
Use the search box at the very top of the screen to go straight to any Student Card.
How to View Your Seating Chart
You can see and manipulate your seating chart through Connect.
In order to see this option, you'll need to first go to your My Students page and then click the Seating Chart under the Actions column.
Once you click the Seating Chart button, you'll see a similar image to the one below.
Here, you can sort your students alphabetically(A), 'shake it up' (B), or Print the chart (C). You can also drag and drop students where you like to match your classroom. That's it!
