Looking to share your newsletter with your community? This article will explain how to share your newsletter as an announcement, so your community can access the newsletter in whichever way they have opted to receive announcements.
Open up the newsletter to the Show Author page on and click Share Announcement
Click on the Pencil next to the To field in order to select your recipients. Once you have selected them click update.
Note: To send the newsletter to a specific recipient or recipients click on Directory to select the recipients.
Note: You can create a newsletter by selecting specific users via the directory and sharing an Ad Hoc newsletter. To learn more click here.
Note: If you want to change the title of the newsletter you can change the text in the field
next to Title.
To share the newsletter now click on send.
To share the newsletter later click the arrow next to share and select Send later. Then select the date and time and click Send Later.
