SchoolStatus Connect introduces a new feature to record non-SchoolStatus Connect interactions with parents. You can do this by following the steps below.

How to create a new Interaction Log
1. Go to your Class Directory
2. Click the Student's name
3. Click the notepad button
4. Click Add New in the upper right corner.
5. Fill out the form and click Create
Interaction Logs Sections
Student - the student's name cannot be changed and will have the name of the student you selected from the Directory.
Date - the date when the interaction happened. Click the Date field and select the date on the calendar pop-up. You can also directly type the date on the field in the same format shown in the photo.
Time - the time when it happened (not required). Click the Time field and adjust the time with the up and down buttons. You can also type the time manually on the field following the same format on the photo.
Note: The character limit is 15,000 for the Note Section.
How to view and edit an Interaction Log
1. Go to your Class Directory
Click the notepad button.
4. Click the log that you wish to view and/or edit.
6. Click the three dots on the right side
8. After finishing, click Save
