Archived Announcements aren't gone, they're just stored away. Whether you need to review past communications or bring a scheduled announcement back into action, you can easily locate and restore archived items from your dashboard. This guide walks you through finding your archived announcements and restoring them when needed.
Locating Archived Announcements
- Navigate to the Announcement Hub's Sent tab.
- Click the Filters button.
- In the filter panel, select Archived Status. Under Type, check Announcements, then click Show to apply the filters.
- Your archived Announcements will appear, each displaying its archived date.
Unarchiving Announcements
- Follow the same steps above to find the Announcement you wish to restore.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the archived announcement and select Unarchive.
You will be prompted to continue unarchiving the Announcement, and a confirmation banner will appear.
