SchoolStatus Connect makes it easier for teachers to manage their schools and classrooms. All Schools and Classrooms have their own home page from which you can access everything relating to that School/Classroom. This article will explain how to navigate school and classroom home pages for staff members. .
To access the School or Classroom Homepage:
1. Click on the Filter button in your Home feed.
2. Click on the green arrow next to the School or Classroom you wish to access.
What You Will See On The School Page
A | Drop-down to select different homepage |
B | Access to customizing School and Classroom Settings (School and District Admin only) |
C | Quick links - Add Links that everyone needs regular access to. |
D | Conversations - Click here to start a 1-on-1 conversation with a students, guardians, and/or staff |
E | Plus Button - Click here to access all engagement tools |
F | Personal Avatar - Click the Drop-down to adjust your Personal Settings |
G | Activities - Click to view upcoming School and/or District Wide activitiesSchool Wide activities |
H | Directory - Click to view student and staff details |
I | Library - Click here to view your School or District's Connect Library |
J | Reports - Access all reports on Activities, Family Engagement, Communication, Teacher Effectiveness and Family Communication (School or District Admin only) |
K | Classrooms - Click to view list of all Classrooms you have access to in the District |
L | School Cover Photo- Click here to upload a Cover Photo (School or District Admin only) |
All your School-Wide Announcements will be shown here on your School-Page
If you authored or have access to the announcement, you will see a three dot menu in the top right that will allow you to:
- Edit the Announcement
- Reuse the Announcement
- Enable Comments
- Print the Announcement
- Delete the Announcement
