This is the third step of syncing SchoolStatus Connect with Clever. If you intend to see the high-level view of how to start syncing with Clever, please click here.
1. Add Clever IDs (also called external sources) to existing schools on SchoolStatus Connect to match them with the schools on Clever.
If you plan to sync just one school, create an external source for that one school by following the steps below.
1. Click the search dropdown
2. Click the District's name
3. Go to Settings

4. Click SIS Rostering
5. Click School Connection to SIS (X/X Schools Connected)
6. Click Add next to the School you want to sync
7. Enter the Clever ID for a school
8. Click Save
Notes:
- As the ID for an external source, please use the school’s CLEVER ID, not SCHOOL ID.
- If you're unsure about where to find school Clever IDs, please reach out to support-ct@schoolstatus.com so that SchoolStatus Connect support can send you a file with all your schools and their Clever IDs.
