(2) Select the School where you will be adding the class
(3) Click Classrooms
(4) Click the three dots
(5) Click Create New Class
(6) Enter the Classroom Name
(7) Enter the Grade
(8) Click Create Classroom
(9) Head to the Directory
(10) Click on the Add People button
(11) Click on +Assign Teachers
There are 3 options:
a. Search by nameb. Clicking the + sign to add more staff
c. Clicking Add Teacher and typing in their email addresses
Note: New staff can be added throughout the year
Co-Teacher Capabilities: Because this is a staff-driven classroom, all staff members will be added as co-teachers and can:

share announcements to the group

add events for the group
-
start conversations with other staff members
-
add comments to announcements
-
add other co-teachers
Co-Teacher Capacity: Currently, SchoolStatus Connect classrooms can contain up to 100 co-teachers. If you need more capacity, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or the SchoolStatus Connect's Support Team.
Students: This classroom will NOT contain any "Students" within the directory.
