With SchoolStatus Connect, you are able to track which of your recipients have opened your Announcements. This article will explain how you can track your Announcement Delivery Data.
On the bottom right of any Announcement, you will see a button that says Delivery Data.
- Click Delivery Data
- Overview - Status totals for Announcements that have been opened, delivered, or failed to send
- Search Bar - Use this bar to search and check the status for a specific user
- User List - A list of users who were sent the Announcement
- Status - Status of the sent Announcement
- Click the arrow to see all communication credentials of a user and their respective delivery status.
- Use the refresh wheel at the top, right corner of the window to update real-time data.
Statuses Explained:
Sending: The system is still sending the Announcement to the receiver.
Delivered: The Announcement has been delivered.
Opened: The Announcement has been opened, viewed, or clicked (on web or email).
Failed: The Announcement failed to send.
Skipped: The user’s credentials are not viable, or the user's preferences are set to not receive notifications to this specific form of communication at the time of sending.
Note: The statuses are calculated from the original ‘send to’ audience list.
Note: We can't track the open rates of SMS messages. Some SMS statuses may show "Delivered", despite the recipient having viewed them.
Note: If a new user or another communication type for an existing contact is added to the directory group after the Announcement is sent, their status will appear as Skipped.
