Before you start, double-check if:
- Your district or school data is entered manually. If yes, then teachers can create classrooms in Connect.
- Your school or district is synced and has enabled the option for teachers to create manual classrooms. You can also follow these steps to set up a new classroom.
💡 Note: If you’re unsure whether your district allows manual classroom creation, check with your school or district administrator.
Here are the easy steps to create a new classroom:
- Go to Classrooms
- Click the three dots
- Click Create New Class
- Select the School Name from the drop-down
- Enter your Classroom Name
- Select the Grade
- Click Create Classroom
