Staff Permissions Report

Managing staff permissions is a key part of keeping your district secure and organized. The Staff Permissions Report gives you a full CSV export of every staff member's permissions in your district, showing the same information as the permissions table.

Downloading this report makes it easy to:

• Review who has access to which features
• Audit permissions across your district
• Keep a record of staff access levels for compliance or historical reference

Once your report is ready, you'll also get an email notification letting you know it's available to download.

Bad Credentials Report

The Bad Credentials Report lists contacts whose messages are undeliverable or who have generated a spam complaint, along with the reason for each.

• Temporary issues (for example, a bounced message) can be reset directly in Connect.
• Invalid or outdated contact info needs to be corrected in your SIS, since that's where Connect pulls contact details from.

To help you track down and reconnect with each contact, the report also includes their alternate contact method, student IDs, schools, and roles.

SIS Shared Credentials Report (Email or SMS)

The SIS Shared Credentials Report identifies contact methods, email addresses or phone numbers, that are shared between multiple users. Use it to review potential data inconsistencies and clean up account organization where needed.

Keep in mind that shared contact methods are often expected, for example, two guardians sharing a household phone number, so not every entry on this report needs to be changed.
