Content Moderation is a tool that districts can turn on for select administrators to have insight into different messages flagged for content review. This article explains how to navigate those reports.
Users with the Content Moderation permission can access the tool:

From the left-side navigation menu, select Reports.

On the Reports page, open the Content Moderation tab.

What you will find in Content Moderation

This area will show you how many new Announcements are waiting for your review, as well as any that were flagged or dismissed. You can toggle between the screens by clicking the New/Flagged/Dismissed tabs at the top. |

This shows the date and time the content was sent. |

This describes the type of content that was screened (as well as a link to access it), and the category it was screened as possibly being part of. |

It will highlight the text that caused the message to get screened for Content Moderation. |

You can decide to Dismiss or Flag the report. |
Note: There isn't a way to calibrate or customize what content is screened, and it won’t prevent the message from going out, but it does allow visibility into what is being sent.
