📊 Retrieving your Sync Reports

On your District Page, click the three-dot icon and select Settings.

Click on the SIS Rostering tab.
- Locate the Sync Reports section.

Locate the report you want to download and click the down-arrow icon.
🔎 Report Types and Details
Enrollments Report - Contains classSourcedId, schoolSourcedID, userSourcedId, and roles (student or teacher).
Classes Report - This file is used to upload classrooms across all Schools if you are uploading at the District level.
Student Attributes Report - Student Attributes is to provide a centralized location where essential details such as demographics, educational requirements, and operational information, such as bus routes, and other after-school activities can be stored.
Guardians Report - This file contains parents/guardians' studentSisId, guardianSisId, guardian full name, contact details, and preferred language of communication.
Users Report - This is to upload all students, parents/guardians, School Leaders, teachers, and other School Staff.
