SchoolStatus Connect understands classroom diversity, and we support over 150 different Languages to bridge the communication gap between teachers and families.
1. Go to the Class Directory
2. Open the guardian's profile
3. Open the guardian/parent's profile that hasn't accepted the invite yet and click Edit
4. Update the Language by choosing the correct one from the dropdown option and clicking Save
5. Once done, click Resend/Send Invitation
You'll get a confirmation that it was sent!
And, the parent/guardian will receive another invitation now translated into their preferred Language.
Note: If the parent has already accepted the invitation, they have control over their preferred Language and other account settings is on them. They have to access the Account Settings page and update it themselves. 😊
