From the drop-down, select the End-of-Year Data Form (Complete by May 15, 2026)
-
Complete the form as instructed, and click Submit.
Note:
- Use the Subject field to enter your school or district name.
- In the Description field, include any questions, concerns, or additional details you would like us to know.
Archive Manual Classrooms
Please archive any manual classrooms that will no longer be used in the upcoming school year.
For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Archive Individual Classrooms In A School Or District section of this article.
Archive Outdated Announcements
To begin the new school year with a clean Home Feed, district administrators should review and archive outdated district-wide and school-wide announcements that are still active.
Refer to this article for instructions on archiving announcements.
Notify Us of Significant Data Changes
If your district expects major changes to how data is provided to SchoolStatus Connect, such as changing your Student Information System (SIS) or rostering method, please notify our support team as early as possible.
Early notice helps ensure a smooth transition and reduces the risk of sync interruptions.
What SchoolStatus Will Handle
Communication Reports Reset
Communication history will reset for the new school year.
Previous school-year data will remain accessible in Connect until the annual rollover. If you would like to keep a local copy for your records, we recommend downloading your Communications Report before rollover.
Click here to learn how to download your report.
Teacher-Created Groups Archived on July 1
For districts using the Groups module, all teacher-created groups will be automatically archived on July 1. If you would like additional groups removed, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team.
