🔗 How Google Classroom Works with Connect
Google Classroom allows teachers to share content directly from Google Classroom into SchoolStatus Connect. Parents can now view:
- Announcements and updates
- Assignments, quizzes, and grades
- Shared materials (PDFs, docs, etc.)
Families can easily stay up to date and message teachers, all in one place, with Connect.
📧 Google SSO (Single Sign On)
Anyone with a Gmail account can quickly and easily sign in to their SchoolStatus Connect account.
✅ Google Classroom Sync
Teachers can connect their classes to Google Classroom and match the students rostered in Connect. Guardians gain visibility into Google Classroom resources directly from the Student Profile in Connect.
📂 Google Classroom → Child Backpack
Submitted assignments and homework from Google Classroom are visible in the Backpack section of the student’s profile. When new content or files are added in Google Classroom, guardians will receive a notification in the student’s Backpack, keeping them informed in real time.
