This is the third step of syncing with SchoolStatus Connect using OneRoster. If you intend to see the high-level view of how to start syncing with OneRoster, please click here.If you are done with the first two steps, please proceed.
You can add School IDs (also called "external sources") to existing schools on SchoolStatus Connect to match them with the schools in your Student Information System (SIS). If you plan to sync just one school, add an ID for that one school.
1. Go to the District page
2. Go to Settings

3. Click SIS Rostering
4. Click School Connection to SIS
5. Click Add next to the School you want to sync
6. Enter the school ID and click Save
This identifier is the ID that can be found in the orgSourcedIds column of your users.csv file. It helps the sync to correctly distribute SIS records between SchoolStatus Connect schools.
Add the correct IDs to all schools that should take part in roster synchronization.
Now, OneRoster SFTP sync knows how to match schools on SchoolStatus Connect and in SIS data when you run the sync.
