As SchoolStatus Connect Leader, you have full control of your School’s Directory.
One of the most important things you’ll do as a SchoolStatus Connect School Leader is to invite teachers to join SchoolStatus Connect.

Sending an Invitation to Staff or a Teacher
Adding a Staff or Teacher
- Go to the School Directory
- Click Add
- Click + Add Staff
- Type the email address
- Click Add
Note: The staff will not automatically receive an invite via email.
Sending an Email Invitation to Staff or a Teacher
- Go to the Directory
- Click the Add button
- Click Send Invitations Now
- Select the group you want to invite
- Click Send Now
An invitation will be sent to the staff.
It’s that easy - so start inviting teachers today! 🙌
If you find school staff with duplicate accounts, remove the ones that you do not want to need.
Removing Staff or a Teacher
- Go to the School Directory
- Open the Staff tab
- Search for the staff profile that you want to remove
- Open the profile
- Click Edit
- Click the red button next to the School's name.
- Click Save
You can also remove multiple staff at once from the School Directory by:
- Select their names
- Click Actions
- Click Remove from School
