Actions to take if a parent has trouble logging in.
If a parent reports that he/she cannot log into SchoolStatus Connect, the best action to take is to reset the password. Please ask the parent to go here to reset the password.
If a parent does not receive the reset password email or SMS, please email support-ct@schoolstatus.com with the parent’s name and credentials (email address or mobile number).
You may check the Directory tab for the parent's credentials.
