Steps to Verify your Phone Number

When you receive an SMS invitation to join SchoolStatus Connect, you can sign up for an account using your mobile phone number. There’s no need to verify your mobile number anymore.

If you’ve created an account using your email address and then added your mobile number, there’s a need for you to verify your mobile number. Please follow these steps.

1. Log in on SchoolStatus Connect using your email address and password.
2. Click the Drop-down arrow beside your profile avatar.
3. Click the Gear icon to go to Account Settings.
4. Click Account Settings under My Profile.
5. Click Mobile Phone.
6. Click Resend Code.
7. An SMS will be sent with the 4-digit code that you need to use.
8. Enter the 4-digit code and click Verify.
9. A confirmation that your mobile number has been successfully verified will be shown at the top of the page.
