Hello! We wanted to give you a friendly advance notice about an upcoming update to your SchoolStatus Connect iOS app that may affect how you log in.
What's Happening
Between January 8–16, 2026, we'll be releasing version 1.37.0 of the SchoolStatus Connect iOS app. This update includes important improvements behind the scenes, but it also means you'll be logged out of the app once the update is installed. Please log in as usual to continue using the app.
For Microsoft SSO Users: Quick Double-Login Tip
If you use Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), you may notice a small quirk when logging back in:
- First login attempt: You might see an error message that says "Invalid Request: The user session context is missing."
- What to do: Simply try logging in again.
- Second attempt: Will work perfectly
That's it! This is a one-time occurrence and won't affect your regular login experience after that.
For All Other Users
If you use Google, another SSO provider, or a regular email/password login, everything will work just as usual. Simply sign back in after the update, and you're all set!
