The SchoolStatus Connect help center offers users the option to submit requests. If you cannot find the specific article you are looking for, requesting an update, or a new article to be created, this article will discuss how you can get help. There are two ways to get help.
From a Help Center Article itself
A. You will find a note, Click here to return to the main menu- or ask for help! at the bottom of each article. Click or ask for help! and you will be directed to the Submit a request page
B. Click Submit a request directly
From your SchoolStatus Connect account:
- On the upper right, click Help
- Click Help Center
- Click Submit a request
Filling in the Form
- Enter your email address
- Enter a clearly defined subject
- Enter a detailed description of the concern (including the email address of all those affected)
- For bug-related concerns: include the steps taken, screenshots of the error message and screenshots related issue, the device used, and other relevant information. For mobile devices, please include which operating system you are using.
- For data-related concerns: provide the specific sync issue, the external source being used , affected users, and other relevant information.
- You may attach files or screenshots
Pro tip: As you enter a subject, a list of related articles will appear. Save time by checking the suggested articles first to find your answers before submitting a request.
- Click Submit.
