A Student Attribute is a label you can attach to a student profile on SchoolStatus Connect. This can be utilized to keep information about students' demographics, educational needs, and operational information such as bus routes, and other after-school activities. You Select the Student Attribute via the Directory.
This Article will summarize how to select a Student Attribute in order to send them an Announcement.
For this article, we will use the Student Attribute 'Bus Route 31'.
(1)Select the correct School in the Drop-Down Menu
(2) In the left hand side Navigation Bar click on Directory
(3) On the top right of the List of Users click Filter
(4)On the Student Attributes section, select Bus Route 31
(5) Click Show
(6)Select the correct students
Note: If you are wanting to send an announcement to all in the Attribute, Select ' Selected x families'.
(7) Click Actions
(8) Select Announce in the Drop-Down.
(9) Confirm your selection and click Announce
This will open up into the Announcement page and will have your selected audience ready in the To section of your Announcement.
