Reset your SchoolStatus Connect Password
(2) Click Continue
(3) Click Forgot password?
(4) Click Reset Password
(5) You will see this banner to confirm that we have sent a password reset email.
(6) You will receive an email or SMS with instructions on how you can reset your password. Click Change my password.
(7) Create a new password and click Change My Password.
Change Password for Linked accounts
If you are still able to log in to your Connect account with the current password, follow the steps below:
- From your Connect account, click your avatar in the top-right corner, then select the gear icon ⛭ to access settings.

Under “My Profile,” select Account Settings.

Scroll towards the bottom, and click Change your password.

On the next page, select the account(s) you’d like to update the password for, then click Save.
Reset Password for Linked Accounts
If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in, follow these steps:

Visit our sign-in page, enter your email address, and click Continue.

Next, click Forgot Password link.

Enter your email or phone number and click Reset Password.

A banner will appear prompting you to check your email for a password reset link.

Check your inbox for an email titled “Reset password instructions” and click the Change my password button in the email body.

Select the account(s), enter your new password, and click Change my password.
